I am sure you have other comments from your premium players because of the complaints that I heard in line. My wife got two lobsters and I got one because I wasn't going to wait in another line for lobster. I would have the freedom to gamble or go home. This will get me out of the crowds that act like they never consumed lobster before. A suggestion to management, instead of giving one lobster at a time, give two, that way I could get my meal over with. The casinos generally comp their meals wherever they go. Many high level players get all the lobsters they want anyway. Someone did come and get her seated on a bench.

If you want high level gaming to grow I would suggest that you not have them waiting in line longer than lower tier players or non gamers. Someone in Management should have noticed this right away.
